STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men's and women's swimming and diving teams will head to Geneva, Ohio for the Big East Championship meet. The four-day event will take place from Wednesday, April 7th to Saturday, April 10th at the Spire Institute.

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn women's swimming and diving team defeated Bryant 172.5-114.5 on Saturday afternoon. The men's swimming and diving team had a strong showing but fell to the Bulldogs 172-81.

NEW YORK – On Tuesday, the BIG EAST announced its plans for the spring 2021 Olympic sports championships and regular season schedules. All BIG EAST Championships are presented by JEEP.

The 2021 BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships, which were previously scheduled to take place in mid-February, have been postponed until April 7-10, 2021. The Championships will be held in Geneva, Ohio at the Spire Institute. Additionally, the Conference has announced that the 2021 BIG EAST Indoor Track & Field Championships have been canceled. The 2021 BIG EAST Indoor Track & Field Championships were scheduled for February 26-27 at the Gately Indoor Track and Field Facility in Chicago, Ill.

STORRS, Conn. - A total of 280 UConn student-athletes were selected to the 2019-20 American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference on Thursday.

STORRS, Conn. – The accolades continue for Senior Will Kearsey as he was named to the CSCAA All-America team on Thursday, April 9th. Kearsey's performance in the 100 meter backstroke earned him the selection. He is one of four American Athletic Conference swimmers and divers to be named to the All-America team.

Will Kearsey will go down as one of the greatest swimmers to ever compete for UConn. Over the course of his four-year career, he set numerous school records, won a bunch of medals and qualified for the NCAA Championships as a senior, the most distinguished accomplishment in the sport.
