Join us in the Student Lounge as eight Tibetan monks from the Drepung Gomang Monastery in South India create an intricate sand mandala celebrating interfaith world peace. The monks will be creating the mandala between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM, offering our campus community the chance to observe this ancient artistic and spiritual practice. Students, staff, faculty, and OLLI members are welcome to stop by throughout the day to witness the creation process and meet the monks.

The small group format creates a supportive environment where you can create a habit of using the skills on a regular basis. Students who complete the class report feeling less stressed, more mindful, experience less self-judgment and sleep better!
