- Jun 2512:00 PMUConn ARMS On Target Seminar Series: Featuring Benjamin L. CavataroThis session of On Target will feature Benjamin L. Cavataro, Assistant Professor at Wayne State University. Topic: TBDBenjamin Cavataro is an expert on torts, consumer law, administrative law, and regulation, with a particular focus on products liability and safety law. He is a leading scholar of product recalls, consumer protection, corporate safety compliance and noncompliance, and enforcement of safety law by federal agencies (such as CPSC, NHTSA, and DOJ) and state regulators. Cavataro's work has appeared in the Utah Law Review, George Washington Law Review, Emory Law Journal, and JAMA Health Forum. His research has explored varied topics, from safety whistleblowing to decisionmaking dynamics at multimember agencies.
