First, we'll walk through "Choice of Entity and Governance Documents," to help you determine what type of legal entity you would operate your business through—whether it's a partnership, corporation, limited liability company, non-profit, or a host of other potential options—and then learn about the required regulatory filings and operating documents needed for each type. Next, we'll review some key issues in governance, which will teach you about the duties of founders to other co-founders, investors, and interested third parties. Finally, we'll discuss "Legal Audit," which will be more interactive and walk you through how to conduct a regulatory and contractual audit for a business.

The GCC collective has organized for migrant rights and for sustaining indigenous identity in the face of family migration and separation. In telling their stories, they seek to empower themselves and others to transform migratory practices and combat gender inequity. Presentation in Spanish with English subtitles
