Field of Study: Biomedical Sciences Dissertation Title: From spatial architecture to prognostic signatures: Decoding colorectal cancer microenvironment via spatial transcriptomics and computational pathology. This dissertation presents a multimodal framework that integrates spatial transcriptomics and histopathological imaging to identify tumor–stroma niches associated with prognosis in colorectal cancer.
