3D Printing Food with Targeted Nutrition and Tunable Texture 3D printing, or additive manufacturing, has seen an explosion of methods and use cases. 3D printing is well suited for mass customization of food products with targeted nutrition and tunable texture. This work focuses on leveraging BJT (Binder jet 3D Printing) to produce personalized foods with varying texture and micro-nutrient amounts.
