Track & Field Set for 128th Running of Penn Relays

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut men's and women's track and field teams prepare for the classic Penn Relays Presented by Toyota in Philadelphia at the world-renowned Franklin Field. This will mark the 128th running of the three-day meet going from April 25-27. 

Another week, another meet on the schedule for the Huskies. Last time out, UConn had 11 top-five results, four first-place results, and two personal records at the Jesse Owens Classic in Columbus, Ohio. A'liyah Thomas for the women and Kevin Cawley had a strong showing in their respective events, as Thomas took first in the 100-meter hurdles running in 13.44 seconds, and Cawley in the 1500m running 3:48.66. 

The start time on Thursday is 5:25 p.m., on Friday is 12:30 p.m., and Saturday is 12:20 p.m. ET. The meet can be streamed live on FloTrack.
