After daily eye-spy tours, students will learn about different habitats and the animals who call those places home. Students will stretch their imaginations as they design animal collages, sculpt creatures out of clay, and paint with acrylics.Cost per session: $150 museum members/$160 non-members. - Jun 2710:30 AMSyllabi and Digital Accessibility: Best PracticesThe purpose of this talk is to introduce best practices for digital accessibility of syllabi. We will discuss the Web Content Accessibility Standards (WCAG) as a framework to guide and assess the accessibility of webpages and digital content. We will utilize course syllabi as an example of how to create accessible materials. Attendees will have the opportunity to: 1) assess the accessibility of their syllabi, and 2) practice applying accessibility best practices to their syllabi.
