These sessions give incoming students the opportunity to learn more about our campus resources, to meet other incoming students, to consult with an Academic Advisor, and to create their upcoming semester class schedule.

Summer Art Academy: Nature Safari
Nature Safari: Animals in Art (ages 5 - 7)Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 289:30am - 12:30pm Get ready for hands-on art making fun! After daily eye-spy tours, students will learn about different habitats and the animals who call those places home. Students will stretch their imaginations as they design animal collages, sculpt creatures out of clay, and paint with acrylics.Cost per session: $150 museum members/$160 non-members. Become a member and save on all children's programs. Syllabi and Digital Accessibility: Best Practices
The purpose of this talk is to introduce best practices for digital accessibility of syllabi. We will discuss the Web Content Accessibility Standards (WCAG) as a framework to guide and assess the accessibility of webpages and digital content. We will utilize course syllabi as an example of how to create accessible materials. Attendees will have the opportunity to: 1) assess the accessibility of their syllabi, and 2) practice applying accessibility best practices to their syllabi.
