- Sep 172:00 PMLuisa Neubauer on Organizing for Climate Justice and DemocracyLuisa Neubauer (https://www.instagram.com/luisaneubauer/?hl=en) is a youth climate justice activist and lead organizer of the German "Fridays for Future" climate movement. In 2022 TIME Magazine included her among the "100Next" leaders. In "Neubauer vs. Germany" she and others won a landmark constitutional court ruling against the German government in 2021, forcing the government to improve its climate law, and are once again using the legal system to compel change in 2024. She has published three best-selling books on the climate crisis. One of them is available in English: Beginning to End the Climate Crisis. Our UConn Sexperts are trained to provide education, support, and connection to resources on and off-campus on a wide variety of topics pertaining to sex, sexual health, and relationships.
