UConn Tech Park Announces New Advisory Board
The UConn Tech Park has revitalized its Advisory Board, adding several new members from some of the University’s most successful industrial and governmental partnerships.
The seven-member board met for the first time in late August and seeks to expand the Tech Park’s engagement with industry throughout the state. The members include leaders from Connecticut’s Department of Economic and Community Development, Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), CONNSTEP, and companies that partner with UConn in centers housed at the Innovation Partnership Building.
The Tech Park is crucial to UConn’s commitment to promote economic growth in Connecticut through public and private partnerships through the nexus of research and technological innovation. Centers at the IPB have raised more than $450 million through grants, partnerships, and investments in advanced research and tech.
The members of the Advisory Board are the following:
