- UConn's Dallahan and Sawka Named to PING All-Northeast TeamCARLSBAD, Calif. - UConn's Tommy Dallahan (Simsbury, Conn.) and Bradley Sawka (Ellington, Conn.) have been named to the 2024 NCAA Division I PING All-Northeast Region Team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The GCAA names All-Region honorees across six regions of the country and from 83 schools in 2024.
- UConn Golf Announces Team AwardsSTORRS, Conn. – UConn head men's golf coach Dave Pezzino announced the team awards for the 2023-24 season this week, as voted on by players. The 2024 UConn Player of the Year is senior Tommy Dallahan (Simsbury, Conn.) and the 2024 Player Development Award has been given to freshman Alex Heard (Boca Raton, Fla.).
- Golfers Claim BIG EAST Postseason HonorsSTORRS, Conn. - UConn men's golfers Tommy Dallahan (Simsbury, Conn.) and Bradley Sawka (Ellington, Conn.) took home BIG EAST postseason honors announced by the league on Monday. Sawka was honored as the 2024 BIG EAST Freshman of the Year while also earning all-conference accolades. Dallahan was an All-BIG EAST pick as well. The National Collegiate Rankings were used to determine the individual winners and an All-BIG EAST First Team and All-BIG EAST Second Team.
