UConn Husky Elite Prospect Camp Set For June 9

STORRS, Conn. - Head Coach Ellen Herman-Kimball and the UConn Volleyball team has announced the date of the UConn Husky Elite Prospect Camp. The Camp will take place on June 9 and run from 9am-5pm.

The UConn Husky Elite Prospect Camp is designed for players aspiring to continue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. The camp will be led by Head Coach Ellen Herman-Kimball and Assistant coach Peter Netisingha and Lindsey Froelich.

Registration for the camp is open to girls entering 9^th-12^th grades. Limited sports are available.

SASP Announces April Husky High Fives
STORRS, Conn. - The Student Athlete Success Program (SASP) announced the Husky High Five winners for the month of April. The Husky High Five award recognizes UConn student-athletes that demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, growth, and improvement in their commitment to succeeding in the classroom, their sport, and/or in the area of service and leadership. This award recognizes and honors students who have achieved success in these areas through hard work and dedication. When nominating for the Husky High Five, recipients are selected on the criteria of demonstrating significant achievement in their coursework despite various challenges and showing growth in the areas of academics, personal development, leadership, and service.
Huskies Win Five-Set Thriller Over Villanova in Season Finale
STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's volleyball team won a five-set thriller over Villanova in the season finale game at home Saturday night. The Huskies were led by Emma Werkmeister, Cera Powell, and Taylor Pannell who all pounded down double-digit kills. Sophomore Werkmeister led all scorers with 17 kills.

Huskies Set for Final Two-Game Matchup of Regular Season Ahead of Senior Day
STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's volleyball team is set for the two-match showdown and will wrap up regular season at home against Georgetown on Friday, Nov. 17 and Villanova on Saturday, Nov. 18. The two graduating seniors, Cera Powell and Karly Berkland will be honored at Friday's game.

Cincinnati, Ohio – The UConn women's volleyball team fell in four sets to Xavier University Sunday afternoon. Junior Taylor Pannell finished the game with 13 kills, while Cera Powell and Emma Werkmeister finished with 11.
