WTEN Olivia Wright and Maria Constantinou Selected to ITA New England Rankings

STORRS, Conn. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced on Friday, June 7 the regional final rankings of the 2024 season. Olivia Wright was ranked in the New England Top-20 singles players at No. 18. In the New England doubles rankings, Wright and Maria Constantinou were ranked in the Top-10 doubles rankings. 

"I am very proud of Olivia and Maria for getting ranked in our region," said Director of Tennis Glenn Marshall.  "The team overall had a great season, and the play of Olivia and Maria was a big part of our success." 

The Huskies closed the season with a 13-8 overall record and 5-4 conference record reaching the BIG EAST semifinals. Wright had an 11-10 singles record at first singles and teamed up with Constantinou to put up an 11-5 first doubles record.
