Day 2 BIG EAST Championships Final Results

VILLANOVA, Pa. - The University of Connecticut men's and women's track & field teams put up strong marks after day two at the outdoor BIG EAST Championships at Villanova Stadium. 

In the team score, the Huskies lead as the women have scored in nine of the 22 total events with 120.33 points. In second place would be DePaul with 49 points and Villanova in third place with 43.5 points, respectively. The UConn men also topped the leaderboard after seven scored events with 100 points as Butler took second scoring 61 points and Villanova placed third with 54 points. 

The first field event for the final day begins at 10 a.m. ET and the first track event starts at 1 p.m.
