STORRS, Conn. - Linebacker Noah Plack (Bridgeville, Pa.) has received an invitation to participate in the San Francisco 49ers rookie minicamp in May. Plack joins wideout Geordan Porter (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) who got invites to the New York Giants and New York Jets minicamps.  Offensive lineman Christain Hayes (Bowie, Md.) was a third round pick of the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL Draft and linebacker Jackson Mitchell (Ridgefield, Conn.) and defensive end Eric Watts (Sumtner, S.C.) signed UDFA deals with the Carolina Panthers and Jets, respectively.

Plack played in all 12 games this past fall in his only season in Storrs.  He finished with 49 total tackles, 34 solo, with 5.5 tackles for a loss and a half sack.  Plack transferred in to UConn after a four-year stint at the University of Delaware.  He played in 43 career games with the Fighting Blue Hens, making 269 tackles, 6.5 for a loss, with three career interceptions, 17 pass break ups, four forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.  He had his best season in 2022 where he was second on the team in tackles with a career-best 93 stops, 45 solo in helping Delaware return to the FCS Playoffs.  After the season he was named an All-CAA first teamer.

In his combined two stops, Plack appeared in 56 games making 317 career tackles.
