Total Webcasting provides live streaming services for all of the University’s Commencement ceremonies.

Photography

GradImages is the official photographer for our Commencement ceremonies. Proofs will be sent to graduates via email within three to five days after graduation. Proofs will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the Name Reader cards distributed at the ceremonies. Pictures can be ordered online, by phone, or by mail. GradImages can be contacted at 800-261-2576 or via e-mail through their website.

Registering your graduate with GradImages provides them with the information they need to deliver your graduation proofs to you in a timely manner. Giving them an accurate mailing address and email address will allow them to get your proofs to you on the first try. You may also provide them with email addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to celebrate in the accomplishment.

Members of the audience using hand-held cameras may take photos during the ceremonies from areas reserved for that purpose. In order to accommodate everyone, individuals are requested to move to those areas for only a short interval and then return to their seats. Guests will not be permitted on the Pavilion floor or in the aisles below the plaza level. No tripods will be allowed in Gampel Pavilion.
