Cross Country Heads to Pennsylvania for Paul Short Run
STORRS, Conn.- UConn cross country continues their season as they travel to Pennsylvania to compete in the 50th annual Paul Short Invite (presented by ASICS) hosted by Lehigh University on Saturday, October 5th. The Huskies competed in this event in 2022, finishing in 13th out of 46 teams.

Jenna Zydanowicz also had a strong start to the season, finishing fourth overall at the Spiked Shoe Invite with a time of 20:19.4
Quote from Director of Cross Country and Track & Field Beth Alford-Sullivan:
"We are excited to start up racing again! The team has been training hard and they are hungry to get out and race hard. The Paul Short Invite is in its 50th year and it is always an honor to represent in such an historic competition."
