Women's Track & Field Performs Well at USF Invitational
TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Connecticut women's track & field team performed well at the USF Invitational with the men's meet on Friday and the women's meet on Saturday.
In total, the women finished with six top-five results and two first-place results.
Natalia Surdej had her second first-place finish of the season in the hammer throw with a strong mark of 60.12m. Then, A'liyah Thomas put up another strong mark making it her second first-place result.
