WTEN Announces 2025 Schedule
STORRS, Conn. – The University of Connecticut women's tennis team is set for the 2025 season with much to look forward to following one of the most successful seasons under head coach Glenn Marshall in the 2024 season.
The Huskies will kick off the 2025 season against in state rival Fairfield at home on January 29. The Huskies will then hit the road for three straight road games, facing off against Army (Feb.1) and St. Bonaventure (Feb. 2) before opening BIG EAST action against Seton Hall (Feb.7).
UConn will return home for three straight games welcoming in state foes Quinnipiac (Feb. 12) and Sacred Heart (Feb. 19) as well as Georgetown (Feb. 16). The Huskies remaining non-conference matchups will all be on the road featuring, South Dakota (Feb. 28), Northern Kentucky (Mar. 8), University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (Mar. 15) and UMass (Apr. 9).
UConn's remaining BIG EAST road games will be Creighton (Mar. 1), Xavier (Mar. 7), and Marquette (Mar.15). UConn will then play host to Butler (Mar. 28), Providence (Mar. 30), DePaul (Apr.4), Villanova (Apr.6) and to close out the regular season St. Johns (Apr. 13).
The BIG EAST Championships will take place April 18-21.
