Swim and Dive Announces 2024-25 Schedule
STORRS, Conn. – UConn head swimming and diving coach Chris Maiello announced the schedule for the 2024-25 season. The season gets underway beginning of October with the first half of the season featuring seven meets. The Huskies will return from holiday break in January and swim in four meets before starting the post season in the BIG EAST Championship in late February.
The Huskies will kick off their campaign with a home meet Oct. 3 against in state rivals, Southern Connecticut State University and Sacred Heart University.
UConn will then be on the road to face off against Villanova, Georgetown and Northeastern before returning home to welcome the University of Rhode Island to Storrs on Nov. 9.
The Huskies will then be on the road as they head to Bucknell for the Bucknell Invite Nov.22-24, before closing out the first half of the season Dec.7 in Storrs against Vermont.
To kick off the second half of the season, the Huskies will host back-to-back home meets against New Hampshire (Jan. 7) and Seton Hall (Jan.18). The final two meets of the regular season will feature matchups against Central Connecticut State (Jan. 24) and Providence (Feb. 8).
The postseason kicks-off with the BIG EAST Championship on February 26-March 1. The NCAA Diving Zones is scheduled for March 10-12 while NCAA Championships are scheduled for March 19-22.

- Huskies Fall to NortheasternBOSTON, Mass. - The UConn women's swimming and diving team fell to Northeastern Saturday afternoon by a final of 151-149. In a back-and-forth meet, Northeastern was able to close the meet and win the final event to secure the win.
