Huskies Face Tough Conditions at St. Joseph's
Ridgefield, NJ - The University of Connecticut Women's Rowing team faced tough conditions Saturday in the St. Joseph's Invitational. Coach Jen Sanford said, "I'm happy for the varsity four and third varsity eight who both walked away with wins this morning. The conditions were tough for all the boats and I don't feel like our performance lived up to our potential as we didn't handle the conditions well. I'm looking forward to a good week of practice on Coventry lake this week as we prepare for a very competitive field day the Knecht Cup."
Up Next - The Huskies return to action next weekend at the Knect Cup in Cherry Hill, NJ.
