Huskies Set for Big East Semifinal
CINCINNATI, Ohio – The No.2 UConn women's lacrosse team is set for another matchup with the No.3 Georgetown Hoyas in the semifinal BIG EAST conference tournament game on Thursday, May 2nd. The tournament is hosted by Xavier University and opening draw for the No.2 vs No.3 matchup is set for 4:00pm EST.
The Huskies are coming off a final regular season win over the Hoyas, where the tournament seeding was determined based upon which team won the game. Should they advance, the Huskies will take on the winner of the No.1 Denver and No.4 Villanova game on Saturday, May 4th at 12:00pm EST in Cincinnati, Ohio.
