Track & Field with USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
STORRS, Conn. - The U.S. Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association announced the University of Connecticut track & field program as an All-Academic team for both men and women in the 2022-23 season along with six men and two women honored with individual All-Academic recognition.
On the men's side, the team finished with a 3.044 GPA in the 2022-23 season. Additionally, six student-athletes were honored with individual All-Academic Awards. Those honorees are Kevin Cawley, Tanner Jameson, Christopher Lepore, James Maniscalco, Travis Snyder, and Colin Winkler. Maniscalco highlighted the honorees finishing with a 4.0 GPA.
On the women's side, the team finished with a 3.377 GPA in the 2022-23 season. Also, two student-athletes were honored with individual All-Academic Awards as Emily Lavarnway and Brynn Madonna rounded it out for the women.
A great season filled with accomplishments in the sport and in the classroom.
