MSOC matches up with in-state rival Yale on Friday Night

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men's soccer team (2-1) travels to New Haven to take on the Yale Bulldogs (0-2) on Friday, September 8. Kickoff is set for 7:00pm and will be streamed on ESPN+.

The Huskies are coming into Friday's match winners in two of their first three games on the young season. In those three games the Huskies have scored seven goals, led by sophomore forward Eli Conway who leads the team with two goals this season. UConn's defense has been stout to start the season, recording two shutouts, with sophomore goalkeeper Jayden Hibbert making six saves. 

Yale is coming off a loss at UMASS on Monday. The Bulldogs have had a tough start to the season, but have an experienced roster, with nine players appearing in at least ten games last season. UConn leads the all-time series against Yale, 22-6-2.
