STORRS, Conn. - The UConn baseball team has announced its 2025 schedule that features 56-games including 21 contests at Elliot Ballpark.
More information for season tickets and single-game tickets will become available in the coming weeks.
Coming off a Super Regional run in 2024, the Huskies have put together another strong slate with 32 games against teams that finished in the Top-100 of the RPI in 2024. UConn also plays 13 games against Power 4 Conference teams.
The Huskies open the season in the inaugural Puerto Rico Challenge (Feb. 14-16) with all three games in Caguas. The Huskies will face Stetson, Missouri and Penn State in the Challenge. If interested in Puerto Rico Travel Package please take a look at flyer.
UConn follows up Opening Weekend with a three-game series at FAU (Feb. 21-23), then participate in the Dodger Classic in Los Angeles. The Huskies will open the Dodger Classic with games at USC (Feb. 28), UCLA (March 1) and then play Vanderbilt at Dodger Stadium on March 2nd.
Following the Dodger Classic, the Huskies play four-time National Champion, Miami, in Coral Gables, Fla. from March 7-9.
The home opener at Elliot Ballpark is scheduled for March 11 against 2024 NCAA Participant LIU. The midweek contest is the first of 12 Northeast midweek games with Boston College (March 25), Quinnipiac (April 1), Bryant (April 8), Hofstra (April 9), Army (April 23), Rutgers (April 29), URI (April 30), Northeastern (May 13) all playing in Storrs. The Huskies will make return trips to Boston College on April 15th and Northeastern on March 25th. The final midweek game will be played at Dunkin' Park in Hartfford against UMass on April 22nd.
UConn closes out the early part of its non-conference schedule with its Spring Break trip to North Carolina. The Huskies will open the trip with a three-game series at Campbell (March 14-16) then play a pair of ACC foes with a rematch of the 2024 Norman Regional against Duke (March 18) and then face 12-time College World Series participant North Carolina in Chapel Hill on March 19. UConn closes out Spring Break with a three-game series at UNC Greensboro (March 21-23).
BIG EAST play begins on the road at Xavier on March 28-30 and then the Huskies travel to Omaha to face the Creighton Bluejays on April 4-6. The other two BIG EAST road series for the Huskies will be at St. John's (April 25-27) and at Villanova (May 2-4).
The three BIG EAST home series feature Georgetown (April 11-13), Seton Hall (April 17-19) and Butler (May 9-11).
UConn finishes out the 2025 regular season with a three-game non-conference series against the Maine Black Bears at Elliot Ballpark from May 15-17.
The BIG EAST Championship will be hosted at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio from May 21-24. Four teams will compete for the Championship and automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
