Huskies Travel To Face Central Connecticut
STORRS, Conn. - The UConn women's swim and dive team are back in action as they travel to take on in-state foe Central Connecticut State University Friday January 24. The meet is set to begin at 5pm.
The Huskies are coming off a weekend in which they came from behind to tie the University of New Hampshire followed by a dominating 174 -117 win over BIG EAST opponent Seton Hall University. UConn will look to continue their success against the state of Connecticut, having already beaten Southern Connecticut State and Fairfield University to open the 2024-25 season.
Central is coming off a 178-175 loss to Sacred Heart university after a two-day meet dropping to 4-6 on the year. This matchup will be the fourth matchup between UConn and Central Connecticut with UConn coming away victorious the last three times.
