Final Four Student Watch Parties In Gampel This Weekend
STORRS, Conn. - The UConn men's and women's basketball programs have once again secured a spot in the Final Four. UConn students are invited to Gampel Pavilion on Friday, April 5th and Saturday, April 6th to watch the Huskies compete for a spot in the National Championship games.
Women's Basketball Final Four Watch Party
The Women's Basketball team, participating in its 23rd Final Four, will take on the Iowa Hawkeyes in the National Semifinal on Friday, April 5th. Doors to Gampel Pavilion will open at 8:00 PM. Game time is set for 9:30 PM. Student ticket claims will open on Tuesday, April 2nd at 10:00 PM.
Men's Basketball Final Four Watch Party
The Men's Basketball team, participating in its second-straight and seventh overall Final Four, will face the Alabama Crimson Tide in the National Semifinal on Saturday, April 6th. Doors to Gampel Pavilion will open at 7:15 PM and tip-off is scheduled for 8:49 PM. Student ticket claims will open on Wednesday, April 3rd at 10:00 PM.
This event will only be open to UConn students. Tickets must be claimed for each watch party separately and can be claimed at UConnHuskies.com/students. UConn students who have claimed a mobile ticket can enter Gampel Pavilion through the North, South, and East Entrances. No re-entry will be allowed. Concession stands will be open during the watch parties; however, alcohol sales will not be available.
