Travis Snyder Awarded Big East Field Athlete of the Week Honors

STORRS, Conn. - The BIG EAST Conference announced Wednesday afternoon senior Travis Snyder Men's BIG EAST Field Athlete of the Week.
At the UConn Dog Fight Invite last weekend, Snyder exploded for a school record in the outdoor pole vault with a 5.46m mark. That mark made him first in the conference and stands at the 10th best mark in the nation.
Snyder will next compete at the Jesse Owens Classic Meet on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20.
