Dissertation Title: From Recovery to Retention: The Role of Self–Management in Shaping the Work Lives of Breast Cancer Survivors Doctoral Field: Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Description: This dissertation explores how self–management supports breast cancer survivors in navigating employment during survivorship. Through a series of three studies, it validates a multidimensional self–management measure, models pathways linking self–management to work outcomes, and identifies survivor profiles with distinct challenges and resources.
