MLT's Career Prep (CP) program provides emerging student leaders who have experienced inequitable access to accelerating resources with a winning professional playbook, 20+ months of programming, which includes personalized coaching, and an accelerating network of 10,000 MLT Rising Leaders. Join this info session to learn more about Management Leadership for Tomorrow's Career Prep program for undergraduate students. We will review the application process and answer general questions! Our new application opens this summer for students graduating in Fall 2027, Spring 2028, and Summer 2028.
