Ridgefield, NJ – The Uconn women's rowing team put on a dominant performance at this year's NYRA Fall Invitational Sunday, winning the team points trophy and winning seven out of eight races. In the exception, the women's 1V A Final, the Huskies placed second, only losing out to Marist College with a split of 00:00:440.

Coach Jen Sanford said, "Today was another great day of racing as we wrapped up our fall season.  The team is watching their hard work, training, and strong mental focus pay off through the strong results we have seen with each race this fall.  The confidence on our team is contagious and we are in a great position to keep riding this wave as we transition indoors."

The event concludes the Huskies Fall season.
