- Oct 253:00 PMShaW- Intro to Mindfulness (10/25, 11/1, 11/15, 11/22)This introductory class teaches practical skills to manage stress and enhance overall wellbeing. The small group format creates a supportive environment where you can create a habit of using the skills on a regular basis. Students who complete the class report feeling less stressed, more mindful, experience less self judgment and sleep better! (It's also a great resume builder!) Our class will meet once a week for 4 non-consecutive weeks. Folx get a lot more out of program if they stick with it from beginning to end, therefore attendance at all sessions is required. Please double-check your calendar and then sign up for the class that's best for you. There will be classes offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the fall semester. ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
