UConn Athletics has launched a new and improved version of the UConn Huskies mobile app.

The redesigned app, powered by SIDEARM Sports' NextGen platform, gives UConn Nation a faster, more immersive on-the-go experience. The app features customizable news alerts, schedules and gameday information, mobile tickets, exclusive content from UConn+, live game broadcasts, Top Dogs Student Rewards and more.

The UConn Huskies app is free to download and compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

In the app, Husky fans will enjoy a personalized mobile experience with the ability to select sport preferences to tailor the content based on their interests. App users will be prompted to opt in for push notifications when they open the new version of the app for the first time.

Under the tickets tab in the app, fans can manage their UConn Tickets with the ability to purchase tickets, save mobile tickets directly to their device, transfer tickets using their phone's contact list, and list tickets for resale on SeatGeek.

Fans can access composite and daily event schedules, which link all relevant gameday information in one spot. There is also a new UConn+ tab, providing access to live game broadcasts, original video content, highlights, press conferences and more.
