Led by Dr. Sanjay S. Reddy, this talk blends history, innovation, and imagination, exploring how Leonardo da Vinci's early anatomical sketches ultimately inspired the creation of the modern surgical robot. Join the Honors Program for an engaging Free Speech Awareness Event, featuring distinguished speakers who will explore the meaning, challenges, and importance of free speech in today's society. The event will highlight why it is essential for students to understand their rights and responsibilities when it comes to open expression—both on campus and beyond. A featured speaker, Professor Amanda Crawford, a former political reporter in Washington D.C. and current UConn faculty member, will share insights from her experiences covering politics and navigating issues of press freedom. This interactive session offers Honors students the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and reflect on how free speech shapes democracy, education, and civic engagement.  This is an Honors Event. The MS in Human Resource Management (HRM) program is tailored for professionals seeking to lead human capital through strategic HR planning and employee relationship management in a dynamic global environment. This 33-credit program offers both 100% online and hybrid formats, with the hybrid option including in-person sessions at UConn's Hartford campus. Designed to be completed in 20 months on a part-time basis, the curriculum focuses on strategic HR competencies, including diversity and inclusion, employment law, talent analytics, and organizational change. Please note, this program is not able to offer visa sponsorship for students.
